Hello my name is Trevor Hovde and I am the Colfax Elementary Principal.  I would like to welcome you to Colfax Elementary School.  It is an honor and privilege to be able to work with your children in this wonderful community. We have great students and great staff that work together to help our students grow into respectful, responsible and safe individuals.  Learning achievement and academics are a huge priority!  We want our students to excel in each subject area including: reading, writing, language, math, science, social studies, along with social and emotional learning.  Our goal is to unlock each child’s gifts, set goals and work towards attaining each child’s full potential.  Our staff is committed to your child and ready to embark on this journey together.  We are also committed to creating a safe environment that respects and values all.
