Academic & Career Planning
Colfax Area Schools Academic & Career Planning
Academic and Career Planning, or ACP, is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post-secondary success, obtained through self-exploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills.
The Colfax School District is committed to Academic Career Planning. In order to be college and career ready, students in grades 6-12 will be creating an academic and career plan. Students will have opportunities to take coursework and gain experience that align with their post-secondary plans.
As an assistive tool, the middle and high school will be using a platform called Xello to help implement and track individual academic and career plans.
